School Owners, STOP increasing salaries or promoting your staff without formal appraisal and written examination because despite how you and I disbelief in the quality of practice in the public sector, the government does not promote without promotion examination.

Additionally, please note that how long a staff has stayed with you is not a standalone yardstick for promotion rather; professional achievement so far with you, moral standing, skill empowerment within the time, academic advancement, knowledge improvement and code of conduct compliance.
